Chris Gawor new Head of Global Advertising Sales
New addition to our team: Chris Gawor was appointed Head of Global Advertising Sales. In this role, the Briton will now lead all Shpock advertising sales teams in Austria, Germany and Great Britain.
Shpock's advertising team will be strengthened: Chris Gawor is an industry expert with over 20 years of experience in digital advertising. In his work for well-known online platforms such as used car market leader Auto Trader or the news site Mail Online, he has built up numerous successful sales teams in the UK. "In digital advertising, the UK is the clear innovation leader in Europe. We are therefore delighted to have Chris on board, an experienced expert from whom all our advertising clients and agency partners in Austria can benefit," says Esteve Jané, CEO of Shpock.
Cross-border advertising team with data-driven solutions
This new position leads to a consolidation of the Shpock advertising teams in Austria, Germany and Great Britain. One of the reasons for this is the increasing relevance of data-driven and performance-oriented solutions in the digital advertising landscape. "In order to be able to offer these solutions from a single source, we are bringing our advertising teams together in three countries," says Jané. "Chris will use all his experience to drive this important growth phase and transformation forward. Our clients and agency partners will benefit from greater national and international reach and can learn from best practice examples from the UK.
